Optional subscription
Joining a FINALDARK email list is optional and does not reserve inventory, guarantee access, create an order, or change a product's Sold Out status. We use the address for the subscription purpose described at collection and other uses permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Message identification
Commercial email sent by or for FINALDARK should accurately identify the sender and subject, disclose its promotional nature where required, include a valid postal address, and provide a working unsubscribe method. We do not authorize deceptive headers, misleading subjects, or payment requests outside the official storefront.
Unsubscribe and preferences
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact abingyyds@gmail.com. For U.S. commercial email subject to CAN-SPAM, the opt-out mechanism will remain able to receive requests for at least 30 days after the message is sent and an opt-out request will be honored within 10 business days. We do not charge a fee or require information beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request.
A suppression record may be retained so the address is not re-added to the same marketing list. An opted-out address will not be sold or transferred except to a provider used to comply with the opt-out request.
Service communications
Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary messages about a request, account, privacy choice, security issue, order, payment, shipment, return, recall, or legal notice. We do not treat a service message as permission for unrelated marketing.
Third-party campaigns
If a service provider sends marketing for us, SHIYA & CO remains responsible for instructions within our control. We do not publish or use purchased contact lists without a documented lawful basis and appropriate consent or notice.
