Can I place an order now?
No. Products currently display Sold Out and inventory is zero. The cart and checkout are not available for sold-out variants.
Do you accept pre-orders or backorders?
Not unless the relevant product page expressly identifies the item as a pre-order and states the estimated dispatch window, cancellation terms, and any material limitations before payment.
When will Drop 01 launch?
No launch date has been announced. Subscribe through the footer for store updates. Subscription does not reserve inventory.
Sizing and products
Which sizes are shown?
Tops and selected pants use XS-XXL; tailored pants use 28-38; footwear uses U.S. unisex sizes 7-12. These labels do not replace actual garment or foot measurements. Review the Size Guide and the individual product page before ordering.
Are colors exact?
We aim for accurate images, but monitors, lighting, fabric texture, and dye lots can affect appearance. Product titles and written color descriptions are part of the product information.
Orders, payment, and shipping
What currency is used?
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the storefront or checkout expressly shows another currency.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Only methods displayed at checkout are accepted. Never send payment card details by email or through the contact form.
Where do you ship?
Available destinations, rates, taxes, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout when sales open. A destination is not supported unless checkout accepts it.
Will duties or import taxes apply?
For international orders, duties, taxes, brokerage, or carrier fees may be charged by the destination country unless checkout expressly states they are prepaid. These charges are not controlled by FINALDARK.
Returns and support
Can I return an item?
When orders open, eligible items may be returned under the posted Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.
