Cookie and similar technology choices
FINALDARK uses Shopify and may use enabled service providers that place cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies. Depending on the service, these technologies may support:
- Strictly necessary functions: security, network management, cart, checkout, fraud prevention, and account functions.
- Analytics: understanding visits, errors, and store performance.
- Personalization: remembering preferences or storefront settings.
- Advertising: measuring campaigns or showing interest-based advertising, if such services are enabled.
You can use any cookie or privacy-preference control displayed on the storefront and can also change browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent cart, account, or checkout functions from working.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may opt out through the storefront privacy control or by emailing abingyyds@gmail.com.
Where required, we will process recognized universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser and device sending the signal.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to us, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
To submit a request, email us with the right you wish to exercise and your state or country of residence. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
The storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the store. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
