Shopify and enhanced services
Shopify hosts the storefront and processes personal information about your access to and use of the store so that it can provide and improve Shopify services for us and for you. Information submitted through the storefront may be transmitted to Shopify and service providers in the United States and other countries.
When Shopify Network Intelligence or another Shopify enhanced service is enabled, Shopify may combine information about your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide measurement, personalization, advertising, fraud prevention, and service-improvement features. For these activities, Shopify is responsible for its own processing and for responding to applicable requests about that processing. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use the Shopify Privacy Portal to learn more or exercise available rights concerning Shopify's processing.
Cookies and universal opt-out signals
Shopify and enabled services may use necessary, analytics, personalization, or advertising technologies. Read the cookie and similar technology section of the Your Privacy Choices page and use the storefront privacy control or browser settings to manage available choices. Where required, we will process recognized universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser and device sending the signal.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to maintain accounts, complete transactions, honor returns, meet tax and accounting duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the store. Retention depends on the type of record, legal requirements, and operational need. Data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful exceptions and backups.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your interaction with the store is no longer secure.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing through the link in a message. Depending on your location and whether the relevant law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about collection and disclosure, and may opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or limit certain uses of sensitive information.
Submit a request to support@finaldark.com and identify the right and your state or country. We may verify identity and authority using information reasonably related to the request. Authorized agents may act where permitted by law. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Automated processing
Shopify or enabled providers may use automated systems for security, fraud prevention, account protection, personalization, analytics, or advertising. FINALDARK does not currently use an automated system to make a final decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about a customer. If qualifying automated decision-making is introduced, required notice and opt-out or appeal rights will be provided.

The storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the store. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Additional protections are applied where required by law.
International visitors
