This Refund & Return Policy explains how SHIYA & CO, operator of FINALDARK and FinalDark.com, will handle eligible returns, damaged or incorrect products, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and non-returnable goods for orders placed through the active store.

Current store status

FINALDARK is actively operating and accepting orders through Shopify checkout. The terms below apply to purchases made through the store and are in addition to mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags, accessories, and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return

Email support@finaldark.com before sending anything. Include the order number, product and variant, reason, requested outcome, and photographs if the item is damaged, defective, unsafe, incomplete, or incorrect.
