Pre-launch disclosure
FINALDARK currently displays pre-launch product concepts with zero inventory. Materials, fiber percentages, construction, permanent care instructions, country of origin, manufacturer or responsible-company identification, and required warnings are not treated as final until supported by the finished product, supplier records, and applicable labeling review.
Controlling product information
When a product is released for sale, the product page, checkout disclosure, packaging, and permanent product labels in effect for that finished item are controlling. Contact us before purchase if a required material, allergen, care, fit, or origin detail is unclear.
Textile and care labeling
For covered products sold in the United States, we intend to review applicable Federal Trade Commission requirements for fiber content, country of origin, responsible-company identification, and care instructions. General website care guidance does not replace the permanent care label attached to the finished product.
Origin and manufacturing claims
We do not use Made in USA, handmade, artisan, sustainable, recycled, organic, certified, fair-trade, carbon-neutral, or similar origin, environmental, labor, or quality claims unless the claim is accurate, appropriately qualified, and supported by records. A design location, company address, fulfillment location, and manufacturing origin are different facts and will not be presented as interchangeable.
Corrections
If a material product detail is found to be inaccurate before order acceptance, we will correct it and seek consent before charging for a materially different product. If discovered after purchase, we will provide notice and an appropriate remedy where required.
