Current status
FINALDARK is an actively operating online store. Products and variants shown as available can be purchased while stock remains. Product-safety, testing, warning, labeling, and supplier records are reviewed before products are released for sale.
Use and care
Read and follow the product page, packaging, warning, fit, material, and permanent care-label instructions supplied with a finished product. Stop using a product if it is damaged in a way that may create a hazard. Keep footwear, drawcords, fasteners, small decorative parts, packaging, and care products away from children where appropriate.
Report a safety concern
Email support@finaldark.com with Product Safety in the subject line or call +1 303-578-5550. Include the product name, size or variant, order number if available, date and place obtained, photographs, a description of the event, and whether medical attention or property damage occurred. Do not discard the product or packaging until we respond unless keeping it would be unsafe.
Investigation and corrective action
We may request the product, labels, packaging, photographs, or other information needed to investigate. Depending on the facts and applicable law, action may include instructions, repair, replacement, refund, stop-sale, customer notice, regulator reporting, or recall. Reporting a concern does not waive any legal right.
An internal review will not be used to delay a legally required regulator report. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission states that a company must report within 24 hours after obtaining reportable information and may continue investigating after the report. See the CPSC business reporting guidance.
Recall information
Any FINALDARK safety recall or corrective-action notice will identify the affected product, hazard, remedy, and contact method and will be posted on this page when required. U.S. recalls can also be searched through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
