Mandatory consumer protections
Rights for damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods remain available where provided by law. A return-window limit or final-sale label does not remove a non-waivable remedy.
Commercial warranty status
Unless a product page or written warranty expressly states otherwise, FINALDARK does not offer a separate time-limited commercial warranty beyond the posted Refund Policy and rights required by law. We will not advertise a lifetime, durability, performance, or repair warranty without written terms and supporting fulfillment capability.
Reporting a problem
Contact us promptly at abingyyds@gmail.com or +1 303-578-5550. Include the order number, product and variant, when the issue was noticed, how the product was used and cared for, and clear photographs of the product, label, packaging, and shipping damage where relevant.
Review and remedies
We may inspect the product and relevant records. Depending on the issue, inventory, proportionality, and applicable law, an available remedy may include care guidance, repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another required remedy. We pay reasonable standard return costs for a verified defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect item where required by our policy or law.
Normal wear and external damage
Ordinary wear, expected fading, misuse, accidents, unauthorized alteration, improper cleaning, failure to follow a controlling care label, or damage caused after delivery may not be a product defect. This does not limit a claim where instructions were inadequate, the product was unsafe, or law provides another remedy.
